He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Brusky Sr. and Angeline E. Brusky; his wife Eleanor Brusky; his son Bernard Brusky; his half-brothers, Aloys, Clarence, Clemence and John Brusky Jr.; and his siblings, William, Harold, Robert, John Jr., Kenneth Brusky, Mary Ann Brusky, Ardele Osterbrink, Patricia Shirbroun and Shirley VanDerLeest.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian (JoAnn), Michael (Rebecca), Allen (Denise) and Joseph Brusky; his siblings, Raymond (Darlene), Howard Brusky and Carol Miller; and his grandchildren, Jennette Simpson, Nicolas Brusky, Grant Brusky, Benjamin Brusky, Melanie Baker, Keith Marsh, Chad Marsh, Todd Marsh, Emily Kirkvold, Naomi Kirkvold, Brianna Barrett, Abigayle Boslett and Mary Kate Stuck. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
