He was predeceased by : his parents, Šimo Drlja and Mara Drlja (Stojčić). He is survived by : his wife Jelenka (Ljoljo); his children, Blazenka Connell (Jason), Kristina Jelic (Dario), Milica Sunjic (Marijan) and Kristijan Drlja (Lacy); his grandchildren, Judith, Kris, Lucas, Lilly and Mikael; and his brother Ivica Drlja (Slavica). He is also survived by other family members, friends, and neighbors.
