He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Pavlik and Mary Pavlik (Renock); and his brother Paul Pavlik. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pavlik (Jerin); his children, Donald Pavlik and Gina Pavlik of Huston, Texas; and his sister Vivian Turner of Lower Burrell, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; two brothers-in law and a sister-in-law.
