She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wiley and Eileen Wiley (Fetzer); and her brothers, Michael and John Wiley. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Godfrey; her sibling's children, Ian Wiley and Megan Wiley; her great-nephew Wyatt; and her great-niece Vera.
As Carol was the secretary of the Franklin County Democratic Party, the family requests a donation in lieu of flowers.
