He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Dawn Fultz (Eric), Michelle Klear (Jason), Jennifer Cox (Chad), Todd Bettinger (Lori) and Brian Bettinger; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Bettinger (Wyatt), Megan Cox, Bryce Bettinger, Emily Cox, Andrew Bettinger, Logan Bettinger, Lauren Fultz, Emma Klear, Brayden Fultz and Olivia Klear; and his siblings, Bonnie Ochs and Randy Raab. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
