He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Boy and Ann Boy; his wife Jacqui Boy; and his nephew Zachary Fitzmaurice. He is survived by: his children, Jessica McIntosh (Brad), Justin and Jacob Boy; his grandchildren, Max and Conor McIntosh; his siblings, Mark Boy, Megan Porter and Paula Burgert (Jeff); and his close friend Melanie Wild. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (40 N Main St, Springboro, OH 45066). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
