She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Tobin II, Virginia and Roni Cummings; her sons-in-law, Kevin of Arizona, Randy Tobin of Dayton and Rex Tobin of Miamisburg; her sister Orvalee Foster; and her close friend Don Grant.
