He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Montgomery and Dorothy Montgomery; his sister Sue Nesbitt; and his grandson Carl Douglas Kleist. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Montgomery; his son Anthony Montgomery (Kim); his grandchildren, Braden and Kinsley; his daughter Amanda Kleist (Jeff); his grandchildren, Abigail and Jayce; his daughter Megan Cox (Marcus); his grandchildren, Magnolia and Murphy; and his brothers, Terry Montgomery (Jan) and Jeff Montgomery (Erin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miamisburg Christian Church (1146 E Central Ave, Miamisburg, OH 45342). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
