She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Brecht and Fern Brecht (Moore); her brother George C. Brecht; her sister-in-law Eleanor "Ellie" Brecht (Bigelow); her sisters, Louise Mansfield and Barbara Wilson; her niece Donna Sherman; and her grandmothers, Connie and Jane Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen "Kacee" Epstein (Carlson); her son-in-law Jason; her grandchildren, Kirsten Cox, Alexis "Lexi" Epstein and Ethan Epstein; her nephew Mike Sherman (Lisa); and her child Performing Arts of Miamisburg. She is also survived by numerous relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Children's Performing Arts of Miamisburg (CPAM), where Frankie loved watching her granddaughter Kirsten perform.
