He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Rose and Helen Rose (Toller); his brother Billy Rose; his sons, Donald "Bubby" Doolin (Rose) and Billy Jay Harmon, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Keith Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Rose (Sheets); his children, Melissa "Missy" Johnson (Kyle), Crystal Harmon, James E. Rose and Randall Rose; his siblings, Connie Lane, Kathy Moore (Russell), Steve "Stevie" Rose and Scott Hayes; his grandchildren, Little Kyle, Jewell, Anita, Alyssa, Taylor, Charlotte, Graham, Kayla, Carly, Cassie, Breanna, Kaitlyn, Little Randy, Elliott, Lori and Lily; and his close friends, Mike, Brenda, Sheri, Dale, Steve, Alvin, Ryan, Gene and Leslie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swart Funeral Home (207 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of James C. "Jimmy" Rose.
