He is survived by: his former wife Lucy Basore; his daughter Anita Kay Mitchell (Lenz); his stepsons, Frederick Allen, Carl Benton and James David Lenz; his close friends, John (Anita), Charlene (Fred) and Shari (Jim); his wife Kaye Costello of Miamisburg; his stepchildren, Kimberly Kaye Schroeder (Lenz) and Scott Michael Lenz; his close friends, Jeff (Kimm), Kelly (Scott) and Scott; and his nieces, Suzy and Kathy.
