She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Hines and Fannie Hines; and her husband Ronnie Carter. She is survived by: her children, Ron Carter (Kimberly), Joseph Carter (Rebecca) and Michelle Anderson (Rodney Earley); and her grandchildren, Rachel Palmer (Brian), Jay Carter, Nicole Pittman, Brittany Byrum (Ari Combs), Brandon Anderson, Benjamin Anderson (Tatijana Smith) and Brian Anderson (Kelsey). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (40 N Main St, Springboro, OH 45066).
