He was predeceased by: his father John Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Leslie McCoy Ryan; his children, Alexia Race (Dylan), Christian Ryan and Nicolas Ryan; his mother Ella Hanks (Richard); and his brothers, Bill Ryan, Jim Ryan (Martha), Cliff Ryan (Jen), Jeff Ryan (Julie) and Jason Ryan (Mo). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South Brook Church (9095 Washington Church Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Ryan Family Foundation at The Dayton Foundation, in honor of Joe. The Ryan Family Foundation supports underserved youth, veterans, solving the international water crisis and faith-based organizations.
