He is survived by: his wife Pati Bloomfield; his brothers, Roger Mackey (Patricia) and Christopher Mackey; his daughters, Monet Gist, Deanna Farr and Laura Kinner; his grandchildren, Ashley Hackworth, Matthew Martin, Dorian, Adrian, Courtney, Braden and Ronnie; his great grandchildren, Michael, Cadence, Addyson and Kylie Hackworth; his pets, Shadow and Athena Aphrodite; and his close friends, Dave, Chelsea and Patty Mann. He is also survived by nieces; nephews.
