He is survived by: his wife Sarah Shively; his daughters, Abigail Evans (Ethan) and Carmen Shively (Thomas Burns); his parents, David Shively (Janet Ricketts) and Pat Szucs (Craig); his siblings, Angela Fox (Mike), Michelle MacIver (Cody) and Chris Shively (Stephanie); and his stepsiblings, Mike Szucs (Traci) and Julie Szucs (Devin Stringer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many friends.
