She is survived by: her children, Keith Salyers (April), Michael Salyers (Lori) and Leslie Bates (Bill); her grandchildren, Ashley Dillman (Tim), Lauren Bates (Alex), Keeley Salyers and Chase Salyers; and her siblings, Roger Phillips (Jenny), Mary Rose (Marshall) and Steve Phillips (Cathy). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
