He is survived by: his mother Arletha Ann Burnell (LaValley) of Constable; his wife Patricia Burnell; his children, Timothy Burnell (Danielle) of Columbia, Angela King (Spencer) of Washburn, Megan Seivert (Shane) of Wexford, PA and Andrew Seivert (Alyssa) of West Carrollton, OH; his grandchildren, Aubree Burnell, Timothy James Burnell and Carrigan Lynn King; his sisters, Lynn Gadway (Bob) of Brushton, NY and Geri Vanier (John) of Malone, NY; his sister-in-law Julie Burnell of Albany, GA; and his pet Cocoa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
