It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erna Elizabeth Meert (Miamiville, Ohio), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, W. Eugene Gibson and Hugoline Josphine Gibson; her husband Eugene Thomas Meert; her children, Glen Meert (Ellie), Carl Meert and Kevin Meert; her grandson Jacob Thomas "J. T."; her siblings, Cyril Gibson and Dr. Alois Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, Gwynne Gibson and Jean Gibson.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to All Saints Athletic Foundation, 8939 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
