Shepherd (Christina) of Van Wert and Elzie Joe Shepherd, Jr. of Middle Point; and her siblings, Max Shafer (Sue) of Indiana, Lori Culp (Scott) of Indiana and Major Powell of Van Wert. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
