He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis W. DuVall and Betty Jo DuVall (Eversole); and his niece Jennifer DuVall. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill DuVall (Beth) of Leeland, N. C., Steve DuVall (Cindy) of Middle Point and Jane Alexander (Bob) of Bowling Green, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Nick DuVall (Becca), Phillip DuVall (Courtney), Tasha Breese (Robbie), Scott Alexander (Jeannie), Stephanie Lang (Andy), Michelle Leal (Mike) and Megan Reeves (Aaron).
Preferred memorials may be directed to the Van Wert Y.M.C.A. or to the Van Wert Humane Society.
