She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Adams and Marguerite Adams (Baker); her husband Roger Dale Hagemen; and her siblings, Dean Adams, Rex Adams, Mary Adams, Marcia Gamble, Maxine Smith and Myrna Bolenbaugh.
She is survived by : her siblings, Dawn Adams of Van Wert and Randolph Adams of Lima. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
