He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Campbell (Boroff). He is survived by: his father Donald Campbell; his wife Rochelle Campbell (Bolenbaugh); his children, Chris Campbell and Erica Duff (Cory); his granddaughters, Paige Hatfield, Kennedy Campbell and Lily Hatfield (Julian Duff); his great grandchild Asher Moriarty; his siblings, Donnie Campbell, Terry Campbell (Amy) and Helen Darras; his siblings-in-law, Paula Goins (Steve) and Lance Bolenbaugh (Sara); and his father-in-law Cecil "Duke" Bolenbaugh.
