She was predeceased by: her husband Vincenzo; her parents, Achille and Pasquina; and her siblings, Piero D'Onofrio (Sandra) and Maria Annunciata D'Onofrio.
She is survived by: her children, Connie, Carlo (Kathy) and Rick (Julie); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Robert, Dana, Vincenzo (Jessica) and Kara; her great grandchild Carlo Joseph "CJ"; and her siblings, Anna Bonanni (late Pasquale), Edo D'Onofrio (Elenna), Bruno D'Onofrio (Maria Luisa), Livianna Pietrantoni (late Ugo) and Carla Rantucci (Luigi).
