She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Liba and Gladys Liba (Adams); her husband Jack Chambers; and her siblings, Peggy, Betty, Fran and Joseph (Marilayne).

She is survived by: her children, John "Jack" Chambers (Stephanie) and Piper Brinkman (Don); her grandchildren, Briana Brinkman, Jackson and Sean Chambers; her great grandchild Tristan Brinkman; and her brother Tony Ondrey (Barbara). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
