He is survived by: his children, Donna Fondale (Dan), David Sweeney and Debra Rolko (Keith); and his grandchildren, Danielle Barricklow (Jeff), Deanna Melendez (Brian), Joey Rolko, Kaylee Johnson (Adam), Kristen Smith (Mike) and Kaitlin Rolko.
