“Joyce was my first cousin. My Aunt Vernice was my father, Boyd Boehnen’s sister. Joyce was the kindest person. When my son died Joyce sent me the most beautiful card .. years before Joyce sent me a beautiful Afghan made by Our Gramma Boehnen because she knew I loved to crochet and something made by Gramma Boehnen was a treasure .. we also considered her the family historian . I talked to her on the phone a few months ago . I enjoyed our conversation and her and hearing her sweet voice.Angela”
