He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Cathy Mitchell Berlin (Paul) and David Mitchell (Jessica); his grandchildren, Rebekah, Triston, Kyle Mitchell and Sydney Berlin; and his great grandchild Jeffrey Vezina III.
