It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria E. Hubbard (Middleburg Heights, Ohio), who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas A. Hubbard; her parents, Edward Tovey and Patricia Tovey; and her sister Patricia Feeney. She is survived by : her children, Vickie, Susan and Steven Hubbard (Adrienne); and her siblings, Linda Ramirez Hagstrom (Earl) and Edward W. Tovey (Deborah). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
