He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Clark and Mildred M. Eichhorn Clark; his wife Teresa Ann Perkins Clark; and his son-in-law Kurt F. Chandler. He is survived by: his children, Bryan E. Clark (Jane) of Summerfield, Harry R. Clark (Chelsey Arick) of Middleburg and Melissa J. Chandler of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Brody, Grace Chandler, Laken Clark, Shawna Potter, Hunter Clark, Cami and Colie Arick; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Finn Chandler and Colt Willey; and his siblings, Mike Clark (Cindy) of Caldwell, Johnny Clark (Zina) of North Carolina, Brenda Clark of Caldwell and Sally Anderson (Gale) of Middleburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
