He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Marie Kmatz; his wife Sally Adams; his sisters, Doris Booth (Manual Prokopakis) and Margaret Myers (Donald); his grandson Joseph M. Kmatz; and his close friend Mary Reed.
He is survived by: his brother Jack Booth (Noami); his children, Debbie Cain (Bill) of Ravenna, Joey Kmatz (Connie) of Sabina and Betsy Cain (Keith) of Middleburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Carlene Ruffino (Tyson Wagnor) of Hockley, Sarena Carr (Gary) of Cuyahoga Falls, Jamie Kmatz of Sabina and Nathan Cain of Middleburg, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Parker Ruffino, Gracie Ruffino, Austin Kmatz, Taylor Carr and Cameron Carr. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
