It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Kaminski of Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Herakovic and Betty Herakovic (Soeder); her husband Jack Dennis Kaminski; her granddaughter Teddie Lynn Chudzik; and her son-in-law Theodore J. Chudzik.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Chudzik of Orwell and Jack Kaminski (Shelby) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Lucas Varner, Alex Chudzik, Eve, Ivy, Jessman, Nora Jean, Jett and Zebulon Kaminski; her brother Mike Herakovic of Middlefield; and her sister-in-law Joanne Hopes of Orwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
