He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bell and Marion Bell (Lofgren); and his sister Linda Deans. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Linda (DiDomenico); his sons, David and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Ashley Reichert, Rowan Bell and Morgan Bell; his great grandchildren, Abigail Isabella, Carter Reichert and Scarlett Reichert; and his brother Kenneth Bell (Maxine).
