He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel McMillin and Agnes M. McMillin (Vickroy); his wife Mae R. McMillin (Shelton); his daughter Kelli Lynn Hissa; his brothers, John W. McMillin and Ellis McMillin; and his grandchildren, Jason and Ashley.
He is survived by: his children, Chad McMillin (Jen), Sherri Treeby, Holli Hotchkiss and Ronald "Chip" Yox; his sister Shirley Dowling; and his grandchildren, Aaron (Jacki), C. R. (Laura), Ayme, Jeremy, Alisha (Shawn), Alexandra, Rodney (Leslie) and Nora. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
