He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Cunningham and Mary Cunningham (Berdych). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Cunningham; and his children, Deborah Williams (Don), Gary Cunningham and Karen Rinehart (Thomas). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (16150 Center St, Middlefield, OH 44080).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The American Heart Association.
