It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane C. Eaton of Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jane had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jane may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Caslow and Esther Caslow (Stritmatter); her husband Gordon Eaton; and her sister Anne Reed (Ted). She is survived by: her children, Ellen Mingus, Tom Eaton and Paul Eaton (Karla); and her brother Richard Caslow (Peggy). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gifts in Jane's memory may be donated to Hospice of the Western Reserve, Middlefield Historical Society or charity of choice.
