She was predeceased by : her parents, John H. Haycisak and Mary Haycisak (Ferenic); and her siblings, Andy, Mike, John Jr., Joseph, Stephen Haycisak, Ann Pastirko, Mary Ferensic, Helen Sass, Elizabeth Whited and Emma Arotin.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Irene Haycisak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
