He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Crystal Urbanski, Brad Urbanski (Courtney) and Steve Urbanski; his grandchildren, Aiden, Bella, Jocelyn and Lincoln; his brother Bill Urbanski; and his pets, Rosie, Rosco, Rufus, Bowser, Patches of Tipper, TJ, Haley, Harley and Squeek.
