She was predeceased by: her husband Albert "Cookie" Pellegrine. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Pellegrine (Cliff Harrison), Andrea Pellegrine (Bradley Patton), Andrew Pellegrine (Kristie Reznak) and Natalie Potyonek (Mike); her grandchildren, Chastity, Nathan and Alaina; and her siblings, Mike, Marlowe (Diane) and Sandra Zayre (Aili).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
