He is survived by: his wife Linda Schwendeman; his daughters, Christina Canfield (Curtis) and Jennifer Hanna (Matt Griswold); his grandchildren, Matthew Canfield (Mackenzie Ball) and Meredith Canfield; his sister Jean Pol Curradi (Al); his siblings-in-law, Helen Neill, Elaine Johnston, Diane King and John Schwendeman; and his close friend Gary Shively. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Bible Church (15029 Enterprise Way, Middlefield, OH 44062).
