She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Henry and Velma M. Henry (Lewis); and her sisters, Evelyn Kacenski and Twyla Holzhauer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Charles Polomsky; her children, Christine DiCarlo (Dean), LeeAnne Chapman (Patrick), Brian Polomsky (Martha) and Julie Gordon (Brian); her siblings, Richard Henry (Annie) and Nancy Pennington; and her grandchildren, Miles, Madison, Mollee, Dean, Anne, Evan, Kate, Trent, Allison, Alex and Graci.
