He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin Mullins, Clarence Mullins (Peggy) and Draxie Mullins; his daughters, Loretta Counts (Andy) and Crystal Gilliam (Joey); his grandchildren, Drew Counts, Victoria Bledsoe (Ray), Brittany Mullins (Chance), Jessica, Joanna, Daniel and Rachel Gilliam; and his great grandchildren, Asher, Nora, Juniper, Matthias Mullins, Thalan Counts, Anna, Joshua and Delilah Bledsoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
