He was predeceased by : his parents, Laura Ruth Bradbury Arnold and James Franklin Arnold; his wife Gloria; and his great grandchild Lylie Tatum Budd. He is survived by : his daughters, Mary Arnold Long and Laura Arnold Budd Hodge; his son-in-law James Timothy Hodge; his grandsons, Garnet John Budd III and James Andrew Hodge (Anna); and his sister Judith Ann Arnold. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
