She is survived by: her mother Stella Janie Williams Elkins of Patriot; her children, Alicia Louderback of Jackson, Desiree Ashby (Gary) of Oak Hill, Adam Lewis (Jordan) of Oak Hill and Devin Kirby (Rachel) of Patriot; her siblings, Angela Potts (Joe Carter) of Patriot, Michael Elkins (Tina) of Gallipolis and Scott Elkins of Patriot; and her close friend Randy Carpenter (family: Seth Carpenter, Tyler Carpenter) of Middleport. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
