It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Rae Moore of Middleport, Ohio, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Russell and Freida Russell; and her son Rick Millard. She is survived by : her son Mitchel Millard (Rita); her daughter-in-law Connie Millard (Rick Millard); her grandchildren, Kristie Koehler (Brad), Jennifer Felice (Frank), Sarah Busby (Jared), Audrey Bennett (Jacob) and Michael Millard; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Mia Felice, Aiden Koehler, Asher and Finley Bennett.
