Garten; his children, Angela Garten-Harper, Renie Shepler (Donnie) and Brandon Giesey; his grandchildren, Shyanne Harper, Sierrah Warth (Travis), Myria Barton (Chris), Maddie Blain and Tristan Roach; his great grandchildren, Cayson, Harper, Layton, Weston and River Anne; his siblings, Sandra Kay Hanning and Terry Garten; his cousin Gary Rife; and the mother of his children Yvonna Persinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
