He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Evans and Kathryn Evans. He is survived by: his wife Penny Evans; his brother Danny Evans (Cindy) of Huntington, W. V.; his children, Todd Evans of Pomeroy, Christopher Evans (Kelly) of Lexington, Patrick Evans of Middleport, Ohio and Kathryn Evans (Charles Uhlig) of Middleport; his stepsons, Jason Harris of California and Kevin Harris of Middleport; his grandchildren, Tori Nolan (Jaylin), Billy Duvall, Kaiden Evans, Lexi Harris, Mason Evans, Jaden Wolfe and Harley Uhlig; and his great grandchildren, Knox, Kash Nolan, Elli and Emi Wolfe.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
