We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2022, at the age of 100, Velma Adrian Rue of Middleport, Ohio, born in Crown City, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hobart Dillon and Ferne Dillon; her husband Tom Rue; and her close friend Tommy Winborne. She is survived by : her children, Sue Rue Garner and John (Gale); her grandchildren, Ally Garner (Belinda), Kendra (Justin) and Eric (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Jason Benavidez and Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
