It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Michael Osborne of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather C. Richard "Dick" Osborne. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Raiche-Romero (Matt) and Michael Osborne (Jamie); his brother Zach Osborne (Claire); his grandparents, Nancy Osborne, John "Jack" and Nadine Raiche; his uncle Carl Raiche (Lore); his aunts, Melodie Rickard (Rusty), Rebecca Jacobs and Deanna Bush (Brian); and his cousins, Addison and Monica Bird.
