With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allan Steven Cook of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Cook and Mary Cook; his wife Lucy Cook; his son Brian Lee Cook; and his brother Merrill "Buster" Cook.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Cook and Steve Cook (Lori); his grandchildren, Jessica Martin, Cassidy Crooks, Adam Cook and Amy Harlamert; and his great grandchildren, Miles Martin, Julian Martin and Jackson Dale Harlamert. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036).
