He is survived by: his grandmother Geraldine South; his sister Rachel Chambers (Emily); his children, Tristan Chambers, Bentlee Meerhoff, Michael Baker (Kayla) and Lyanna Chambers (Tiffany); his wife Trish Meerhoff; his brother-in-law Tyler Meerhoff; and his cousin Mandy (Chambers) Ulbrich (Matt).
